Join us for Hill workouts for the next 8 weeks. Club Schedule
On Aug. 6th, we will start eight weeks of Thursday hill workouts at Brandywine Creek State Park. We will meet at the picnic pavilion parking lot at 6pm in August. When September rolls around we will bump it up to 5:30pm. We will do an easy 15 min warm-up followed by a hill repetitions you can do at your own pace for 30 minutes. Afterwards we will do an easy 15 min cool-down. Runners of all abilities and ages are welcome!
Our Saturday morning group runs have been moved back to 7:30am because of daylight.
